• 1-6 years experience in Executive Search, Capital Markets/Investment Banking.
• Interest and passion in learning about financial markets.
• University graduate, preferably to the MBA level.
• Strong language skills; English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean.
• Previous sales experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A desire to be a valued member of a close-knit team.
• Dedication to helping our clients be successful.
• A proven ability to deal with decision-makers at an international level.
• Have developed strong outside interests in one or more areas; arts, sports, community work, adventure travel or further education
